In 1988, under the leadership Ramesh M Damani, we entered the business of Stock broking in the form of a sole proprietorship. He was one of the early pioneers in arbitrage in India and helped in building the foundations of it. From 1998 to 2010, the firm was a leader in arbitrage clocking an average turnover 30000 crores. During that time, Mr. Ramesh M Damani went on to serve on the Board of Directors of the Bombay Stock Exchange from 1997-2000.

In the year 2011, the company converted from a sole proprietorship to a private limited and was renamed Damani Financial Services Pvt Ltd. Today, the company is focused on Institutional Broking
